HUDEC – CARITAS Temporary Shelters at Swamithoddam, MULLAITIVU
Temporary shelters are being constructed in MULLAITIVU for the people affected by the Tsunami Tidal Waves. 105 shelters will be handed over to the affected people to re-start a new life as soon as possible.   Hope to finish the works by the 1^st of March 2005.
